Mr Andrew Mckee is actively engaged in technology start-ups and the mining industry and has extensive relationships with major research houses, corporations and entrepreneurs alike. He serves as the MD and was the founder of NanoMem Solutions Limited formerly incorporated as One Atom 12 Ltd, an unlisted public company providing materials solutions to companies on mineral and industrial processing utilising polymer nanomaterials. Mr Mckee was previously a founding and executive board member of Precious Metals Australia Limited which built, owned and operated the Windamurra Vanadium Pentoxide Flake plant in Western Australia in partnership with Xstrata plc and Glencore plc. Mr Mckee has intimately been involved in several greenfield and brownfield mining projects in Australia and Africa - mostly associated with the Australian Stock Exchange.
HON. MARK LEWIS
Mark is a former WA Minister for Agriculture and Food and was a member for the Mining and Pastoral Region in the WA Legislative Council from 2013 to 2017. He is currently a director on two Federal Government statutory authorities, the Regional Investment Corporation (a $4 Billion loan facility) and the Climate Change Authority. Read more
Mark is a director of a number of public (limited) and private companies. Mark has a lifetime of involvement in sustainable agriculture, at executive level he has also managed a range of large-scale R&D programs and development initiatives.
Mr Berzins is the principal participant in Roland H Berzins and Associates, incorporate 2002.
Mr Berzins has been associated with financial analytical studies and mineral exploration and production companies since 1979 when he was employed by BHP at Pt Hedland and Kwinana and was formerly Chief Accountant at the Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mine Super Pit for the period 1990 to 1996. The majority of these companies have been associated with mineral exploration and production, although he has been Company Secretary and director of bio – tech, oil and gas and retail companies and technical support companies.
Ian has spent most of his career working in the agriculture, earthmoving and mining sectors as a business owner and project manager of various projects throughout WA and overseas. Read more
Recently engaged in R@D projects related to Green Technologies constructing bitumen emulsion Pilot Plants for road and construction products. Managed a Civil Construction company in the Kimberley building tailings dam, road reconstruction and water treatment plant in remote areas.

PROFESSOR HAUNTING WANG
Prof Huanting Wang is a Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Associate Dean (International) of Faculty of Engineering and Director of the Monash Centre for Membrane Innovation at Monash University.
Professor Haunting Wang is listed as an inventor on the asymmetrical porous anion exchange membranes patent by Monash University and that NanoMem has the exclusive rights to develop and commercialise, globally.
DOCTOR EZZAT SHAMSAEI
Dr. Ezzat has a Doctorate of Chemical Engineering from Monash University.
Dr. Ezzat has until accepting the position as Chief Technical Officer at NanoMem worked at Monash University. Dr Ezzat is researcher with academic and industrial research experience, designing and conducting experiments.
As a project manager he is well acquainted with data management, analysis and reporting across the field of nanotechnology, membranes, chemistry and materials science. Dr. Ezzat is listed as an inventor on the asymmetrical porous anion exchange membranes patent by Monash University and that NanoMem Solutions LTD has the exclusive rights to develop and commercialise, globally.
PROFESSOR ALEKSANDAR N. NIKKOLOSKI
Associate Professor in Metallurgical Engineering, Murdoch University.
Professor Nikoloski is an expert in the electrochemistry of leaching and reduction processes used in the hydrometallurgical treatment of metals and minerals, with over 23 years of experience spanning industry and academia. Read more
He has achieved exceptional distinction and sustained excellence in research, his work is internationally recognised as highly significant. He has established a vibrant group of 10 research staff and a similar number of research students at Murdoch University.
Professor Nikoloski will also head the research and development projects at the new Murdoch University Rockingham campus for Hydro metallurgy which will also be engaged in several projects derived from the Future Battery Industry Co-operative Research Centre.
Brett Crossley has 35 years experience in various roles in process and engineering design, development and operation.
His main field of experience being complex hydrometallurgical applications and plant operations. Read more
Brett has specialised in hydrometallurgical applications for the recovery of base metals, vanadium, lithium and gold. Brett is currently involved with the development of process technology for the recycling of lithium ion batteries.
Brett’s experience in process and engineering design is supported by his extensive hydrometallurgical experience in research and development, along with direct involvement in complex plant operations.
